He is survived by: his wife Donna Ann McMahan Buelin; his parents, Harold Blane Buelin and Brenda Gale Winters Buelin; his sons, Allen Gray Southard, Robert Evan Southard (Heather) and Kenneth Charles Long III; his grandchildren, Annabella Rose Southard, Grayson Cole Southard, Addison Sophie Southard and Brealyn Lee Ann Southard; and his siblings, Jenifer Cave (David), Angel Brooks, Randy Buelin (Sharon) and Jeffery Buelin (Shannon).
