He is survived by: his wife LeiLanie D'Agostino (Carta); his children, LeiLanie and Ralph Jr. (Carey) of Winston Salem, NC.; his grandchildren, Lucy McGowan (Patrick), Serena Readhead (William IV), Sophia Walsh (Ryan), Ralph Arel D'Agostino (Megan), Theresa D'Agostino and Chiara D'Agostino; his great grandchildren, Marielle, Laura-Maeve McGowan, William V, Renata Readhead and Rose Carmela D'Agostino; his sisters, Frances Ducharme (late Edward) and Lucille Murray (Paul); and his sibling-in-law Cece Carta.
