It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Radford Messick Moore (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Alexander Moore and Nellie Messick Moore; and his brother Dr. Robert A. Moore, Jr. of Wilmington, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Jean Parker Moore; his children, James "Jay" Moore of Winston-Salem, NC and Jannie Moore Gray (Howard); his grandchildren, James A. Moore of Durham, NC, Matthew M. Moore of Winston-Salem, NC, Parker B. Gray of Winston-Salem, NC, Caroline Gray DenHerder and David of Alexandria, VA; and his great grandchildren, Madeline G. DenHerder and William S. DenHerder. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
