It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Ann Fowler (Winston Salem, North Carolina), born in Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Greene and Virginia Wagner Greene; her son Dennis Ray Fowler; her stepmother Addie Greene; and her stepbrother Tommy Lowe.
She is survived by: her spouse Monnie Ray Fowler; her daughter Janice Coburn (David); her sisters, Barbara Loden of Spartanburg, SC and Janice Peeler (James) of Campobello, SC; her stepsiblings, Joe Carroll Abernathy (Brenda) and Janice Fowler (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Ashley Spiegelman (Becky), Bobbi Jo Davis (Andy), Amanda Huie (Daniel), Michael Coburn and Daniel Coburn. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Bethany Baptist Church, designated for the Global Missions Fund.
