He is survived by: his wife Ann Reese Long; his children, Paige Beckner (Todd), Brian Long (Jessica) and Whitney Ellis (Dave); his grandchildren, Garrett, Sydney, Tyler, Zach, Ella and Hunter; his siblings, Mary Isaacs (Jerry) and Tommy Long (Libby); and his pets, Dory, Bluey and Pumpkin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or Pug Rescue of North Carolina.
