He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Arthur Teague and Carrie Lail Teague; his wife Mary Martha Slack Teague; his son Phillip Teague; and his brother William F. Teague.
He is survived by: his son Dean Teague (Denise); his grandchildren, Ashley, Casey, Zaine (Larissa) and Sean; his great grandchildren, Coy, Chloe, Aiden and Emerson; and his daughter-in-law Renee Teague. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
