She was predeceased by: her parents, Rowan Elvin Chitty and Peny Elizabeth Yokeley Chitty; and her husband William Lawson Willard. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Wagoner (Teddie Vann) and Carol O'Brien (Kevin); her grandchildren, Krystal Wagoner Frederick (Stefan) and Cassy Plowchalk; and her great grandchildren, Kayden and Samuel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Advent Moravian Church or Advent Band Fund.
