He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Provost and Judith Provost; and his sons, Robert L. Provost and Patrick A. Provost. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Provost, Christine Provost and Susan Heiss (Steve); and the mother of his children Natalie Cross. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
