He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Warren Jake Napper and Mary Elizabeth Mack Napper; his siblings, Charles Mack, Sam Davis, Samuel Napper, Daniel Napper and Constance N. Daniels; and his brothers-in-law, John Smith, Aldon Hynes, Melvin Daniels and Bob Edwards.
He is survived by: his wife Bonita Woods Napper; his siblings, Reverend Warren Napper, Johnathan Napper, Berlene Smith, Dorothy Hynes, Carolyn Napper, Belinda N. Daniels, Wynette Napper and LaVerne Edwards; his siblings-in-law, Larry Daniels, Don Woods and Rosemary Napper; his niece Carlissa Simpson; his uncle Hiawatha C. Mack; and his close friends, Charles, Vernell Hatcher, Deborah Jordan and Daryl Broady. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
