She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Hauser and Daisy Transou Hauser; her husband Vance Grubbs; her children, Mark Grubbs and Katy Hope Grubbs; and her granddaughter McKenzie Lea Grubbs.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Kate Cole and Michael Robert Grubbs (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Heather Michelle Wilson (Dana), Brandon Richard Cole (Sydney) and Molley-Kate Grubbs; her great grandchildren, Avery, Eli, Addy, Penelope and Bennett; and her nephews, Leon Leinbach (Carol) and Lawrence Cline (Jane).
