With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Rucker of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Edwards and Rose Pollard Edwards; her significant other Mick Rucker; her children, Lisa Brown, Ronda Rucker, Kevin Rucker and Jimmy Rucker; and her siblings, Clifford Edwards and Thelma Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Rucker (Teresa) of East Bend, Vicky Casanova (David) of East Bend, Loretta White of Winston Salem, Angela Tucker (John) of East Bend and Dawn Byers (Jimmy) of Westfield; her sister Kathy Greer of Lewisville; and her daughter-in-law Lisa Rucker of East Bend. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
