She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas French Phipps and Frances Thomas Phipps; her husband William "Bill" Head; her granddaughter Kaylan Hughes; and her sisters, Janet "Teenie" Owen and Patricia "Pat" Cheek.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Ely (Bobby); her grandchildren, Ashley Bohannon (Jake), Grey Hughes (Maggie), Britni Ely and Austin Ely; her great grandchildren, Skyler Bohannon, Kayleb Bohannon, Emma Hughes and Scarlett Hughes; and her sister Jackie Phipps.
