He was predeceased by: his grandmother Julia A. Walker; his mother Georgia Mae Jordan; and his nephew Tony T. Crockett. He is survived by: his children, NaKia Sheresse Black and Quintine Jamel Booker; his significant other April Hines; his siblings, Jeannette Hayes, Debra Booker, Jacqueline Powell (Michael), Vickoshia Sansbury and Larry Sansbury; and his stepfather Larry Jordan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
