She was predeceased by: her parents, John David and Maggie Inez Smith Creech; her husband Bernie Joseph Hardee; and her siblings, Mattie Hinson, Rufus Creech and Douglas Creech.
She is survived by: her children, Doug Hardee (Vicki) of Garner, Lynn Hardee Lunceford (Tim) of Cordova, Joey Hardee (Gloria) of Bolivia and Pam Marino (Steve) of Winston-Salem; and her grandchildren, Nicole Peeler, Chris Hardee, Daniel Gathings and David Gathings.
