He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hughes Annas and Ola Mae White Annas; and his brother Donald Max Annas. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Miles Annas; his children, Amanda Annas (Marc Little) of Arcadia, Jonathan Annas (Mary Jo) of Mocksville and Jason Annas (Candy) of Thomasville; his sister Linda Annas of Cary; his grandchildren, Hunter Annas, Caroline Annas, Faith Annas, Carley Annas, Coleman Annas, Charlie Annas, Jathan Annas, Heather Mackie, Cameron Mackie, Holly Brooks (Jacob) and Corbin Mackie; and his great grandchildren, Chloe and Remi.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cornerstone Quartet to further their music ministry in serving Jesus.
