He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Elizabeth Cuthrell Lumpkin and Frank William Lumpkin, Jr.; and his siblings, Frank Lumpkin and Mary Lorraine Lumpkin. He is survived by: his daughter Ashleigh Nicole Lumpkin Stevens (Lori Marshall); his siblings, Michael T. Lumpkin of Winston-Salem, Mattie L. Hardee (Vincent) of Walkertown, NC and Frances L. Outland (David) of Beltsville, MD.; and his close friend Johnny Owens. He is also survived by cousins, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and many friends.
