Lewis (Rick) of Matthews, NC, Victor K. Davis (Kelly) of Winston-Salem and Olivia D. Butner (Brad) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Heather D. Johnson (Andrew), Nicholas A. Lewis, Ashley L. Hunzelman (Matt), Zachery B. Davis (Laura) and Eric C. Davis (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Samuel, Olivia, Jacob, James, Allie, Hayden, Theo and Harper; and his sisters, Betty Davis Slater and Nancy Davis Colcer.
