He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Cromer and Wilma Peddycord Cromer; and his siblings, Linda Foster and Roger Cromer. He is survived by: his wife Jessie Cromer; his children, Jason Cromer (Connie), Sharon Cooke (Brent), Charlene Craver (Mike) and Pat Riddle; and his grandchildren, Nick Cromer (Jessica), Taylor Cromer (Taylor Hill), Matt Cooke, Eric Cooke, Michelle Carter (Chris), Mary Anne Brown (Billy), Michael John Craver (Kayla), John Riddle, Thomas Riddle, Sarah Smith and Rachel Brady.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Willowbrook Rehabilitation and Care Center, 333 E Lee Ave, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
