Chris James Hondros Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Chris James Hondros (Winston Salem, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrios Hondros and Panayota Hondros; his wife Nicky; his son-in-law Jimmy Chrysson; and his siblings, Stavros, Nick, Dennis and Katherine Paloumbas.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Collins (Jon) and Rita Chrysson; his grandchildren, Christopher Chrysson (Jennifer), Nicole Blaylock (Jackson), Nicholas Collins and Christian Collins; his great grandchildren, James, Jax, Rita, Robert and Leo; and his sisters, Voula Zourzoukis (Steve), Hrisoula Kontos (Gus) and Bessie Stabolitis (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in memory of Chris Hondros; 435 Keating Dr., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
