She is survived by: her husband Richard Spach; her children, Justin Spach and Christy Cottrell; her grandchildren, Christian Cottrell, Brodie Spach and Sierrah Spach; and her siblings, Lynn Ketner and Britt Kimel. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
