She is survived by: her sons, William B. Hooker, Jr. and Thomas M. Hooker, Sr. (Brenda); her grandchildren, Thomas Hooker, Jr. (Cindy), Scott Hooker (Heather), David Hooker (Hannah) and Rachel Boggs; her great grandchildren, Madison, Amelia, Lilly, Hank, Owen, Jude, Drew and Emma; and her caregivers, Nancy, Linda, Maggie, Cathy, Verna, Tina, Kibby and Autumn.
