With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Obbie M. Blanton III of Winnabow, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Obbie M. Blanton Jr.; and his sister Susan B. Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Mary S. Blanton Blanton; his wife Valerie; his sister Toi (Brian); and his children, Rachel (Chris), Olivia (Zack), Ashley, Jared and Frank. He is also survived by five beautiful granddaughters.
