She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hobbs of Wingate; her grandchildren, Cody Ward of Wingate and Kelsey Matthews of Wingate; and her siblings, Don Helms of Waxhaw, Joe Helms of Monroe, Bobby Helms of Monroe, Debbie Pressley of Waxhaw, Patsy Bullock of Matthews, Toni Fleener of Georgia and Joyce Trull of Monroe.
