Armstrong of Wingate, North Carolina, born in Stanley, North Carolina, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvin Armstrong and Sue Armstrong (Swangim); and his siblings, Reid Armstrong and Joyce Armstrong Stephenson. He is survived by: his daughter Kyra; his son-in-law Kent Gunn; his grandsons, Sam, Will and Daniel Gunn; his brother Raymond Armstrong; and also Abbie Hartis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
