He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Hermon Moore and Mildred Holbrook Moore; his son Mitchell Moore; his siblings, Kathryn Moore Griffin, Jane Moore Austin, Lois Moore Funderburk, Dianne Moore Mills and Robert Ervin Moore; and his former wife Phyllis Furr Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Edward Moore (Sandra Harris) of Wingate and Laurie Moore Bass (Junior) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Brad Benton, Jesse Moore, Justin Moore and Josh Moore; his great grandchildren, Skylar McCormick, Dylan Benton, Devin Benton, Jami Moore, Emma Moore, Silvia Moore, Justin Reid Moore, Sadie Benton and Sophie Moore; his great great grandchild River Stinehart; and his siblings, Joe Moore and Linda Pierce.
