She was predeceased by: her parents, Thurman Hardison and Fronnie R. Hardison; her husband Charlie Rogers; her granddaughter Ashley H. Taylor; and her siblings, Dorothy Mizelle, JT, Donnie Hardison and Sammy Kay.

She is survived by: her daughters, Joy Evans (Steve) and Charlene Whedbee (Paul); her grandchildren, Nicole Rose, Stephen Whedbee (Tracey) and Nick Whedbee (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Savannah Rose, Collin Rose, Jacob Bateman, Charlie Gray Whedbee and Avery Whedbee; and her brothers, Danny Hardison and Mike Hardison.
