She is survived by: her daughter Tina Price; her spouse Tarboro; her son John Fisher (Jessica) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Mekena Tester, Kimberly, Zayden, Sebastian Fisher and Ashley East; and her siblings, Joe Barber, Sandra Shuler and Patricia Jimmison.
