He is survived by: his friend Herman Wayne Manning; his wife Annie Faye Whitehurst; his daughter Donna Vann (Matthew Vann); his grandchildren, Rachel White, Berkly Watson (Emilee Watson), Eion Watson and Chloe Vann; his great grandchild Lila White; his sister Ann Cherry (Lynn Cherry) of Greenville, NC.; his nephew Daryl Cherry (Katie Cherry); and his niece Dede Lollis (Jonathon Lollis). He is also survived by his family and friends.
