He is survived by: his wife Hazel Little Purvis; his children, Felix Purvis (Kimberly Purvis) of Salisbury, MD, Eric Purvis (Tonia Purvis) of Raleigh, NC and Jade Taylor of Williamston, NC; his grandchildren, Kyra Purvis, Kamryn Purvis, Arie Purvis and Arianna Purvis; and his sisters, Marie Ollie Hassel and Mary Hall of Williamston, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
