It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dannette Bailey Taylor of Williamston, North Carolina, who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Burroughs Taylor; her parents, Clayton Bailey and Ethel Bailey; her sisters, Madeline Beach and Sally Johnson; her son Derek Taylor; and her granddaughter Jacquelyn Taylor.
She is survived by: her sister Jean Wheeler; her son R. Merritt Taylor (Pam); her daughter-in-law Jean Taylor; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Wagner (David), Lisa Tant (Aaron), Mandy Keel (Eric) and Brian Taylor. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Gentiva Hospice.
