She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Clark Chapman and Margaret Jean Kerr; her husband Anthony Nellis, Sr.; and her grandson Tylee Fields. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara, Tanya Anderson (Wil) and Jessica Nellis; her grandson Kaz Battle-Nellis; and her brothers, Doug Chapman (ChaSon), Kirk Chapman (Annette) and Mark Chapman (Barbara).
