He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Reid Church; his sons, William Church (Robin) of Wilkesboro and Tim Church (Kim) of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Banks Church Jackson Church (Adrian), Allison Church, Mason Church, Brooke Handy (Dallas) and Landon Church; his great grandchildren, Haylyn and Baylee Church; and his caregivers, Sheila Bumgarner, Lisa Castle, Sandra Church, Glenda Kilby, Missy Mayberry, Betty Sensing and Charlene Wyatt.
