With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Reid Waddell Toliver of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on March 12, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Hazel Joines Waddell; her husband Bobby John Toliver; and her brothers-in-law, Edsel Andrews (Betty Jo Andrews) and Harold Hoppers. She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Osborne of Wilkesboro, Jackie Johnson (Keith) of North Wilkesboro and Judy Foster (Steve) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Jake, Anne Johnson of Apex, NC, Barrett, Meghan Foster of Raleigh, Colby, Channa Foster of Charlotte, Ryan Osborne and Maggie Caswell of Boone; and her siblings-in-law, Wanda Parsons (Bob) of Wilkesboro, Jean Hoppers of Sparta and Tommy Toliver (Mary) of Tennessee. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
