She is survived by: her mother Janie Carolyn Minton Church; her brother Kristopher Derrek Church; her uncles, Tommy Minton (Vicki) of North Wilkesboro and Henry Church of Winston Salem; and her close friend Belle Raymer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
