It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeanie Garwood of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garwood and Annie Carrigan Garwood; and her siblings, Lucile G. McFerrin, Edna Garwood Johnson, Nancy G. Triplett, James Franklin Garwood (Sonny), Albert Sidney Garwood Sr., Charles Edward Garwood Sr., John Allen Garwood and Joseph Lemuel Garwood.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Garwood, Mary Ellen Mikell, Sharon Johnson Arnold, Lynn Triplett Deal, Beth Triplett Ebert, Susan Garwood Robertson, Robert Parlier, Edward Garwood, Robert Garwood, Jim McFerrin, Tony Triplett, David Garwood and John Garwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
