He is survived by: his wife Judy Dula Hillin; his daughters, Jamie Motsinger of Wilkesboro and Jennifer Hillin of Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Buhler of Raleigh, Thomas Motsinger, Jr. of Wallburg, NC, Destiny Motsinger of Wallburg, NC, Chase Thomas of Winston Salem and Katie Spaugh of Wilkesboro; and his sister Kathy Burke of Raleigh.
