He is survived by: his wife Vicky Hall Church; his grandchildren, LeAnna Church, Kayla Miller and Austin Church; his great grandchildren, Sophia Villegas, Clara Villegas, Victoria Villegas, Frederick Villegas, Emma Villegas, Bjorn Miller and Baylor Church; and his sisters, Judy Church of Roaring River and Brenda Smith (Randy) of Millers Creek.
