She was predeceased by: her parents, Garvey E. Barnes and Cordie M. Barnes; her husband Wade A. Miller; her siblings, Claude A. Barnes and Georgia Harless; and her granddaughter Renee Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Miller (Janet), Janet Triplett (Jerry) of Purlear and Joann Miller of Purlear; her grandchildren, Jessica Bryant (Scott) of Millers Creek, Heather Powell (Nick) of Purlear, Brittany Barger (Frank) of Troutman, Aaron Walker of Purlear and Amy Jones (Justin) of Jefferson; and her great grandchildren, Noah Powell of Purlear, Preston Powell of Purlear, Kaylee Bryant of Millers Creek and Riley Bryant of Millers Creek. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
