He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Samuel Clark and Pansy McGlamery Clark; and his sister Jacqueline Eason Clark. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Phillips; his former wife Jacqueline Eason Rasmussen; his brothers, Wade Hampton Clark, Carl Wake Clark and Fred Rex Clark; his children, Leslie Ellen Clark of Roaring Gap and Kevin Samuel Clark of Wilkesboro; his stepchildren, Sheryl Autrey, Dean Rasmussen (Suzette) of Raymore, MO and Gerald Rasmussen (Melody) of Wilmington, NC.; and his stepgrandsons, Derek Rasmussen (LaTrisha) of Perkins, OK, Zachary Rasmussen (Chelsea) of Lenexa, KS, Alexander Rasmussen (Shaina) of Raleigh, NC and Nicholas Rasmussen of Wilmington, NC.
