He was predeceased by: his parent Thelma Dew Lee; his son Bobby Vernon Lee; and his siblings, William Edward Lee, Major G. Lee, Jr., Cortis Lee, William Howard Lee, Fred Lee, Margaret Hinson, Mattie McCormick, James Irvin Lee and Thelma Doretha Lee.
He is survived by: his parent Major Green Lee, Sr.; his children, Marvin Darren Lee of Whiteville, Tommy Anthony Lee of Whiteville and Tammy Lorene Lee of Clarendon; and his brother Harry Lee of Whiteville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
