It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Long (Whiteville, North Carolina), born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on October 25, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Elizabeth McKeel; and her siblings, Estelle M. Powell, Naomi M. Hernandez, Dorothy M. Robinson and Dallas Clifton McKeel.
She is survived by: her parent Virgil McKeel; her husband Coy Long, Sr.; her children, Coy Long, Jr. (Peggy) of Whiteville, Warren S. Long (Kari) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Elizabeth G. Long of Denver, CO; her sister Ann M. Wood (Walter) of Roanoke, VA; her grandchildren, Coy Long, III, Kristen Long, Breyanna Geiser, Brittany O'Brien, Katarina Long and Jessica Reid; and her great grandchildren, Aedin Doorn and Emily Geiser.
