He is survived by: his children, Richard, Marcus, Joshua, Patrick, Michael, Jesse and Melissa; his mother Sarah Trilby Floyd Sledge; his brothers, Robert Sledge (Nancy) and Scott Sledge (Tina); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Emma, Sarah and Autism Society.
