He was predeceased by: his father John Hicks; and his nephew Ken Hurlock. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry, Sr. (Treva) of Concord, Bonnie Glover (Eugene) of Middlesex and Doug Hicks (Pam) of Zebulon; his nephews, Terry Hicks, Jr. (Allison), Todd Hicks (Amanda) and Al Glover (Mackinsay); his niece Abby Hill (Bear); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Spencer, Price, Cruz, Bailey and Ari; and his friend June Sanders. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Hospice & Palliative Care of Cabarrus County, 5003 Hospice Ln, Kannapolis, NC, 28081 for the special care they provided to Roger during his final days or a charity of choice.
