He was predeceased by: his father James David Mullins; and his sister Elaina Kohl. He is survived by: his wife Shayne Bennett Mullins; his mother Marie Mullins of Dayton, OH; his children, Michael Bynum (Brandy) of Gibsonville, NC, Ashley McNabb (Joey) of Blountstown, FL and Jacqueline Mullins Wilholt (James) of Waynesville, OH; his grandchildren, Owen Bynum, Aiden Helton, Calleigh McNabb, Savannah Wilholt and Lily Wilholt; and his brothers, David Mullins (Connie) and Dan Mullins (Edie).
