She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Pate and Mildred Louise Moye; and her father-in-law Robert "Bob" Lee Shuman. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Floyd Davis, Sr.; her son Timothy Floyd Davis, Jr. (Kerry); her siblings, James "J. L." and Connie Sasser (Bruce) of Raleigh; her mother-in-law Marie Shuman of Franklinton; her sister-in-law Ginger Preddy of Franklinton; her stepmother Nell Davis of Windsor; her siblings-in-law, Rhonda Ball (Richard) and Floyd Davis (Karen) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Keira and Kyla Davis; and her goddaughter Kat McGourty (Lynn McGourty).
