She was predeceased by: her parents, Bobby Lewis and Rose Chamblee Turnage. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Eatmon (Phillip); her nephews, Andrew and Christopher; her great-nephew Shane; and her great-nieces, Harley and Hailey. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
