He is survived by: his wife Barbara Nell Boykin Strickland; his daughters, Lynn Strickland of Zebulon, Vickie Hatcher (Tim) of Bunn and Carla Puckett (Michael) of Fancy Gap, VA; his siblings, Grady Strickland (Faye) of Raleigh and Marie Strickland Boykin (Warren) of Zebulon; and his grandchildren, Nella Johnson, Danielle Hatcher Alford (Jonathan), Heidi Hatcher Belisle (Rob), Cole Oakey and Daryl Lyn Basinger (Grey). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren & 9 step great grandchildren.
