He is survived by: his wife Frances Cooley; his children, Elder Reginald Winston Sr. (Cheryl) of Wendell, NC, Renita McRae of Raleigh, NC, Darrell Cooley (Jocelyn) of Raleigh, NC, Tonya Cooley-DeBerry (Miguel) of Indian Trail, NC and Courtney Cooley; and his brother Charles E. Cooley of Clayton, NC. He is also survived by grandchildren, nine (9) great grandchildren, and a host of very special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
