He was predeceased by: his parents, Exum Perry and Eula Perry; his wife Mildred Blackley Perry; his son Billy Neal Perry, Jr.; and his brothers, H. Duke Perry and Kenneth Lee Perry.
He is survived by: his son Lee Perry (Paula); his grandchildren, Ashton Perry Taylor (Robbie), Charlie and Kaylee Perry; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Perry; and his siblings, Margie Kennedy, Hilda Lloyd (C. A.), Mary Frances Ham, Jean Bennett (Darrell), Bobbie Nell Broadwell and Dennis Perry (Carolyn).
