He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Owen and Mamie Holland Owen; and his wife Arimella Owen (Milly). He is survived by: his children, Karen Green (William), Gary Owen (Jewel) and Jeffrey Owen (Robyn); his grandchildren, Stormy Penland (Chad), Marissa Green, Miranda Green, Lilly Owen and Hannah Owen; his great grandchildren, Reese, Mason and Wyatt Davis; and his brothers, Lynn Owen (Janice) and Lee Owen (Sue).
